1. Introduction and Agreement Acceptance

  • Return Policy: Outline the conditions for returns  It is best practice to link to a separate, detailed Return and Refund Policy.
  • Refund Process: Explain the process for receiving a refund 
  • Product-Specific Warranties: If different product categories have different warranties, address this. Generally, include a disclaimer of warranties except where prohibited by law.

6. User Conduct and Account

  • Account Responsibility: If users can create accounts, state that they are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and all activities that occur under their account.
  • Prohibited Activities: List actions that are forbidden 
  • Termination: Reserve the right to terminate or suspend a user's account and access to the website without notice for breach of the T&C.
