Delivery Policy
We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Delivery timelines vary based on the customer’s location and product availability:
Metro & Tier-1 cities: 3–6 business days
Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 4–8 business days
Remote or non-serviceable areas: 10–12 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical constraints.
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or e-mail. Akry is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners after dispatch.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment. Any free shipping offers are subject to change without prior notice.
Delivery Restrictions
Orders cannot be redirected once shipped.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery details may lead to failed delivery. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
We currently deliver only to locations serviceable by our courier partners.
Return & Replacement Policy
We accept returns or replacements only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
To be eligible:
The issue must be reported within 3 Days of delivery.
An unboxing video is mandatory for verification.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all accessories and labels intact.
Requests without proper evidence will be rejected. This is non-negotiable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear
Minor color or design variations shown in images
Items purchased during clearance or sale offers
Personal care or hygiene-related products (if applicable)
Return Process
Contact our support team with order details and proof (photos or video).
Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
After quality inspection, a replacement or refund will be processed.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds are processed within 8-15 business days after inspection.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
Important Notes
Cash on Delivery orders, if enabled, may have stricter return conditions.
Akry reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet policy requirements.

Shipping Policy
Order Confirmation & Processing
All orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from delivery time.
Akry reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of:
payment verification failure
incomplete customer details
product unavailability
In such cases, refunds will be issued to the original payment method only, as per Razorpay norms.
Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Metro & Tier-1 cities: 3–6 business days
Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 4–8 business days
Remote locations: 6–10 business days
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, regulatory restrictions, or force majeure events do not qualify as non-delivery under Razorpay dispute rules once the order is shipped.
Proof of Shipment & Delivery
For every order, Akry maintains:
order confirmation records
courier AWB / tracking ID
dispatch confirmation timestamp
delivery status updates
Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the courier, it is treated as successfully delivered for payment and dispute purposes.
Razorpay considers courier delivery confirmation as valid proof in disputes. Claims raised after confirmed delivery may be rejected.
Address & Contact Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate shipping address and reachable contact details at checkout.
Orders returned due to:
incorrect or incomplete address
unreachable phone number
refusal to accept delivery
will be treated as customer-initiated delivery failure and are not eligible for chargeback claims under Razorpay guidelines.
Re-shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.
Delivery Attempts & Non-Delivery
Courier partners attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to origin. Refunds, if approved, will be processed after deduction of shipping and handling costs, as permitted by Razorpay policies.
Tampered or Damaged Packages
If the package appears tampered with or visibly damaged:
the customer must refuse delivery, and
notify Akry immediately with evidence
Acceptance of a damaged package without reporting at the time of delivery weakens dispute claims and may result in rejection by Razorpay.
Dispute & Chargeback Protection
By placing an order, the customer agrees that:
shipment proof and courier delivery status are valid evidence
delayed delivery does not constitute fraud or non-delivery
refunds are processed only after internal verification
False or abusive disputes may be challenged with Razorpay using shipment and delivery records.
Policy Enforcement
Akry reserves the right to:
reject claims that do not meet policy conditions
submit shipping proof to Razorpay during disputes
take final decisions in compliance with payment gateway regulations
Policy Updates
This Shipping Policy may be updated at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after the update.
